The video clip was published on TikTok by a citizen of Blagoveshchensk with the user name @yura.amyr28rus. According to reports, the user\’s friend sent him the video, in which an antique sculpture can be seen. Nevertheless, it was difficult to tell from the video if the figure was constructed in a standing or squatting position.

In front of the statue were a sword and a shield. Its head, as well as a portion of its eyes, were hidden by a big cloak. The enormous wings on the statue\’s back led the miners to believe it was a fallen angel despite the statue\’s scary appearance. The sculpture is not, as the press secretary for the Elga coal complex has verified, that of a Russian fallen angel.

The two mine employees in the video appear to have stumbled upon a strange statue while working at a gravel pit. They talked of using an excavator to remove it from the ground. The workers conversed about atonement while they took turns posing for pictures with the item.

Additionally, they asserted that they sensed an energy emanating from the monument. The two workers added that they immediately notified the authorities, who reportedly ordered helicopters to retrieve the monument.

The user and his companions were asked to remain with the statue until their arrival. The Yakutia and Amur region\’s local social networking networks rapidly were inundated with the video.

However, the false fallen angel film that generated quite a stir among the Amur region\’s citizens was later discovered. The miners were apparently from the Elga coal mine in the Sakha Republic, according to Irina Kichigina, the press secretary of the Elga coal complex.

The statue had been laying around in the shift camp for a very long time and didn\’t belong to anyone. The two mine workers decided to fabricate a tale about it after discovering it by chance in order to make it popular online.

After the video was reshared by a few other TikTok users and even on YouTube, netizens flooded the comments with their own version of what the statue could be. Some said it looked real as if the angel was petrified and was turned into stone. Others believed it was just a prop from some old movie.

A similar rumor of a \’fallen angel\’ surfaced in Russia back in 2011

It\’s surprising to learn that there have previously been rumors in Russia about a fallen angel. Over ten years ago, a similar fraud made its appearance. A story that the skeleton was discovered in Russia in 2011 belonged to a fallen angel circulating at the time.

A news program was shown on television along with the footage of the findings. However, because the film was in Russian and there were no subtitles available, many made up rumors and drew incorrect conclusions, such as that the bones belonged to a celestial entity.

It was interesting to see a young man\’s skull next to a sheep or goat skeleton in the news program. They believed that unearthing was most likely the remnants of a sacrifice or a ritual burial.
