On Saturday, social media was abuzz with pictures of Governor Ododo alongside members of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) governors’ forum, sparking rumors that he had attended their meeting.
Fanwo has firmly denied these claims, stating that Governor Ododo did not participate in any PDP governors’ forum meeting. The spread of these images and subsequent speculation led to confusion about the governor’s political affiliations and activities.
The Commissioner emphasized that the photographs circulating online were misleading and did not accurately represent the governor’s involvement or political stance. He reassured the public that Governor Ododo remains committed to his role and responsibilities in Kogi State, and any suggestion of alignment with the PDP is unfounded.
