However, depending on who you\’re speaking to and the level of modernization and acculturation, these phrases of endearment could actually get you into problems.
Wemimo asked callers on the Sunny Side today about their opinions of the society in which women marry into families and how they interacted with their old nuclear families after getting married. Victor argued that it might be time to reevaluate this tradition, while Oluwaseyi from Lagos claimed that those who established these customs were neither ignorant nor wicked and most likely had good intentions.

A married woman, especially when considered in relation to her partner in marriage
