Olatunbosun Oyintiloye, a former member of the Osun State House of Assembly, has called on President Bola Tinubu to take decisive action to resolve the ongoing fuel scarcity affecting Nigeria. The APC chieftain pointed out that the scarcity of fuel has become a daily struggle for Nigerians, who are often forced to sleep at filling stations in an attempt to secure fuel for their vehicles and businesses. He urged President Tinubu to investigate the activities of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) to uncover the underlying causes of the persistent fuel shortages.
Oyintiloye also suggested that revitalizing Nigeria’s four refineries could significantly alleviate the fuel crisis.
